Our Fees
Pro Enterprise Solutions’ clients retain us on a monthly or year basis for a flat fee for a fixed term. There are no surprises or questions about our bills. Our initial consultation to evaluate your business’ structural financial needs is without any cost obligation, and at that time we will discuss a suitable fixed fee arrangement. Our fees for financial consulting are established based on the nature of your business and the particular financial needs your business requires. Unlike most consultants that bill on an hourly basis, we do not believe in asking the client to pay a set amount of money based on the amount of time that it takes US to complete a task; we do this for a couple of reasons:
1. We feel that the hourly pricing model creates the sinister temptation to charge extra hours or take a rather liberal definition of “work hour”. The hourly model is simply not suited for encouraging the professional to be efficient and productive. We price our services according to externally created valued that is perceived and determined by the customer, rather than by internal costs incurred while generating those services.
2. Smaller clients want to know that they will have enough money to take on the project, and larger clients want to be able to forecast their expenses as accurately as possible. All in all, a fixed price protects them for being overcharged. This gives the client the upper hand in the business relationship.
3. Working hourly would turn what we do into a simple commodity. Saying that our effort (the time we spent on a project) is worth something would be like saying that the end result of what was provided (a customized solution that will serve the client’s needs for years to come) has no actual value. It would be the same as saying that our end product is just another cheap and easily obtained commodity while the internal costs incurred with generating that product is worth something.
